Buyers are welcome to bring their own builder for their lot, all buyers should do their own due diligence on builders and any requirements made by Sharon Township.

Lot prices vary per lot depending on size and additional features. Please contact us to determine the price for a specific lot.
Do the lots have centralized services?

Lots at Bridlewood Reserve will require septic and well systems. Natural gas and electric will be located at the lot frontage. Septic systems will be designed for lots and approved by Medina County Health Department.
When will lots be available for purchase?

At this time. no lots are available for purchase. No reservations, deposits, or binding commitments will be accepted, until the final plat has been approved by Medina County and duly recorded.
