Do the lots have centralized services?

Lots at Bridlewood Reserve will require septic and well systems. Natural gas and electric services will be for lot.
When will lots be available for purchase?

No lots are available for purchase, and no reservations, deposits, or binding commitments will be accepted, until the final plat has been approved by Medina County and duly recorded.
